On April 13, 2018, regional artistic holiday “Christ is Risen! Resurrect Ukraine!” was held for the fifth time in the Chernivtsi Museum of Folk Architecture and Life, the Educational and Methodical Center of Culture of Bukovina
All guests of the holiday were greeted by the head of the culture department of Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, the Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine, Vera Kytaihorodska. Each folk amateur group represented Easter customs and traditions of their district, village. They organized their own exhibitions of Easter baskets, rushnyk (towels), Easter eggs, and other Easter attributes near the main stage.
The rayon was specified near each table. For example, Putylyshchyna presented its original Easter eggs, Kelmenechchyna – original cocks, etc. Easter cakes and eggs, decorated Easter baskets lay on the tables.
